Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal This package is blocking decrufting/removal of python2 packages. It looks like upstream git supports python3, but I don't see a release yet that supports it. Once the python3 port is available, there is no reason this can't be re-introduced. Presumably since all the current RC issues are related to python2 use, it might even make it to Testing.
