Dear Maintainer,

Please add a git-debcherry summary description to the package
description. Adding the name of the command and its summary will help in
discovery, for example with `apt search debcherry`.

I think it would be ideal if the command summaries in Description were
taken verbatim from the man pages. I also prefer the imperative mood in
the man pages to the indicative mood used currently. I've attached a
patch that does this. However, I find the gitpkg man summary harder to
understand, maybe a new combination of the two could be used in both
places?
