Bug#943898: openjdk-13: Please include backported patch to fix build on sparc64

Hello! Could this patch be applied for the next upload, please? I would like to hack on OpenJDK for SPARC during the holidays and therefore I need usable OpenJDK binaries in the archives. I will also open a bug report to disable Zero for openjdk-13 on sparc64 in a second. Thanks, Adrian --
