Control: notfound -1 1.23.90-1 This was caused by the router's DHCP6 server (but not the dhcp4 server) misbehaving.
While network manager could have more robustly handled the failure, it's at most a wishlist bug, and I've described mitigations in the upstream bugreport. There's no reason to leave this Debian bug open.
