Package: libcoarrays-dev

Dear Maintainer,

libcoarrays-dev can not install with multiarch.
When I run it, I get the following error:

$ sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends --no-install-suggests 
libcoarrays-dev:arm64

This is also a issue on unstable.
Could you check and fix this issue?
