Dear Maintainer, checkrestart ships with a list of exclusions that cannot be overriden. I believe many of those are unwarranted and would like to remove them. The exclusion list can be appended using the '-i' flag. I propose implementing '-I' flag for replacing/overriding the list. Thank you!
