Dear Maintainer,
"pkg-config --libs ncarg" fails, since it requires 'hdf' and 'hdf-eos' [1].
'libhdf4-alt-dev' does not provide a pkg-config file and the pkg-config
file for 'libhdfeos-dev' is 'hdf-eos4' (not 'hdf-eos').
