It'd be useful for maintainter's to see how many people experience a certain
bug. I know that when someone describes an exact bug I have, I generally don't
add a comment to avoid cluttering the bug log with 'me too' messages, but it
would be useful,

I'm opening this bug to keep track of the discussion with upstream maintainer
Nikolaus Schulz, about resurrecting upstream and merging debian patches.

gosh.. why do you guys waste so much time for something that has already
been fixed in svn anyway... (even before the first bug was filled)

Hi,
One of my computers, an oldish one (333Mhz celeron), does this, although I
don't know if it eventually manages to open the wallet. I usually keep it up
to date with unstable, but before yesterday's update (which saw kde go from
4.2.x to 4.3.2), I allowed it to lag by a few weeks.

Tried to build your package and it fails to build with GNU binutils-gold. The
important difference is that --no-add-needed is the default behavior of of GNU
binutils-gold. Please provide all needed libraries to the linker when building
your executables.
Package: python-apt
Version: 0.7.13.3
Severity: normal
File: /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/apt/cache.py
It crashes if apt-db is already locked.
To reproduce it, apt-get dist-upgrade or whatever method to lock db and
leaving it locked, launch update-manager.

Hi,
since 2.6.30 (Debian releases 2.6.30-5, 2.6.30-6, 20.6.30-8 and 2.56.30-1)
I am having issues with the kernel on this system:
The kernel boots up normally, runs for a while (sometimes up to 4 or 5 hours)
and then suddenly stops
i removed ~/.local/share/mime/mime.cache as said in [1] and it works for me now.
[1] https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evince/+bug/163764/comments/21
I looked into my ~/.local/share/ and did not find a mime directory.
I had to remove the file /usr/local/share/mime/mime.cache
This solved

Sadly we can't fix this one either. In Debian its PHP Markdown rather than PHP

(This is a little follow-up bug for #553542.)
I've been playing with dkms to see how it will help us get rid of the
horribleness that is linux-modules-extra.
