It seems the problem with the initscript is my chrooted nsd setup, if PIDFILE
is not defined in the initscript it automatically gets set to
/var/run/$NAME.pid (which is not true in a chrooted setup). So I guess adding
the PIDFILE line in the initscript is not a general need but just for people
times where everything was done by hand I

It seems that there is a conflict, too:

I got this error message too. My workaround was to revert this patch:

The script is gone, of course. But it seems that the
callback for Ctrl-M has been dropped in Firefox 2.0
in favour of an 8 KByte extension Get Mail that
everybody has to search and download. No comment.
