Hi,
This can be fixed by simply removing the --prefix part from the
configure call; it seems that LIBDIR is the empty string anyway. I've
done this for Ubuntu. A better fix would be to switch to using haskell-
devscripts for the build.

Hi,
I've just checked with 0.6.0 and it seems fairly responsive. It's
still not the snappiest, but works reasonably well now. Do you still
see the same slowness?

Hi,
It seems that some of the build-deps have changed (due to 6.10.3?) - I
found these problems when doing some rebuilds for Ubuntu.
Additionally there should be a runtime dep on libncurses5-dev,
otherwise the message:
can't load .so/.DLL for: ncurses (libncurses.so...
is thrown.
Thanks,
Iain

Hi,
I've tried, but I cannot reproduce this bug locally. Can you try with a
new Icedove profile and also with a different user on your system and
see if it persists?
