I think checking Built-Using is the right answer (for buster).
For src:golang-github-docker-docker-credential-helpers, the following
packages need rebuild:
src:amazon-ecr-credential-helper
Other packages you find with build-depends don't build an arch:any
package, so no need of binNMU.

This C patch works for me. But I have another approach now.
Add following script as /usr/bin/execlineb
#!/usr/lib/execline/bin/execlineb -S0
/usr/lib/execline/bin/importas -D
/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin PATH PATH
/usr/lib/execline/bin/export PATH /usr/lib/execline/bin:${PATH}

Hi,
Please remove golang-github-rackspace-gophercloud from archive. It's
superseded by golang-github-gophercloud-gophercloud.
Currently it has one reverse build-depends kubernetes-addon-heapster,
which should be removed as well (requested at #958971)

Hi,
Please remove kubernetes-addon-heapster from archive. The upstream
