by space character.

I wasn't need reinstall the database and nothing was change in database.
Did you change something in the phpbb3 package?

I have not removed the Administration Control Panel link.
It simply isn't showing!
I think user admin not properly permitted.
Maybe the data schema file
/usr/share/phpbb3/schemas/schema_data.sql.gz is incorrect or incomplete.

In attachament phpBB mysql dump get by:
mysqldump mysql_67 phpbb.sql
NOTE:
The BD was create from /usr/share/phpbb3/schemas/schema_data.sql.gz file
schema in phpbb3 package.
