Dear Maintainer,

In Ubuntu ruby-celluliod is unable to migrate from proposed due to:
migrating ruby-celluloid/0.18.0-2/amd64 to testing makes ruby-celluloid-
io/0.16.2-5/amd64 uninstallable
migrating ruby-celluloid/0.18.0-2/amd64 to testing makes ruby-eye/0.7-5.1/amd64
uninstallable

This happens due to the Breaks constraint in ruby-celluloid 0.18.0-2 that
required at least version 0.10 of ruby-eye.

Would it be possible to consider providing a new version of the package?
