Thanks... so this prompted me to dig again into the problem and this
time I found a workaround which consist in installing
`gcc-13-x86-64-linux-gnu` (which I found simply via `apt-file search
/usr/bin/x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc-13`.
Control: reassign -1 src:linux
Control: affects -1 + src:dkms
