Hello. Firstof all, I want to note that the problem was not only with apache. For example MPC also didn't work correctly, so if eth0 wasn't been configured it fault saying that cannot find localhost.
I don't know what was the problem, but after my last dist-upgrade (about one week ago) everything corrected, so now everything works perfect.
