You can't find wx-config via packages.debian.org because it is only a (indirect) link to /usr/lib/wx/config/gtk2-unicode-release-2.6:
/usr/bin/wx-config -> /etc/alternatives/wx-config /etc/alternatives/wx-config -> /usr/lib/wx/config/gtk2-unicode-release-2.6 These links are installed by the postinst script of the package "libwxgtk2.6-dev" So you have to install libwxgtk2.6-dev (or libwxgtk2.8-dev). This statement is also valid for version 2.8 (replace 2.6 by 2.8). Maybe the manpage of wx-config is in the wrong package? Would it be reasonable to add the keyword "wx-config" to the package description of libwxgtk2.6-dev and libwxgtk2.8-dev? -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
