Dear Maintainer,
I'm affected by the same issue. I can't compile programs that need
nvidia-cg-toolkit libraries. In the linking stage it throws the errors:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lCg
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lCgGL
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
When I install/reinstall
Package: nvidia-cg-toolkit
Version: 2.1.0017.deb1+nmu3

this package fails to completely install with the following error:
