I'm shocked, shocked that someone is forking PIL! Unless they
add CCITT Group4 TIFF support, in which case I'm delighted.

Dear Maintainer,
I was made aware of the lack of WebP metadata support through the use of the
Pillow[1] library. To enable this feature the libwebp library just needs to be
configured with the '--enable-libwebpmux' option.
