Tesseact does need a soname bump as per bug #794489 irrespective
of GCC 5.
I haven't done it, partly due to lack of time, and partly because one of
the comments in that bug was demotivating.
This is a friendly ping wrt the libstdc++ ABI transition. Your package is listed
as needing a transition but has seen no action. It'd be good to get things going
so we can finish the transition soon.
