reassign 293865 libdc0 thanks API doc was not in sync with changes in the source code, which, in turn had been changed to actually fit what it was supposed to be (see upstream bug #153937 [1]). It has been fixed in latest upload of libxml2, thus leaving the bug in libdc0, therefore reassigning.
