all by default.
Look at the DAEMON_ARGS in /etc/init.d/pgbouncer. It should be =-d
/etc/pgbouncer.ini.
Also, /etc/init.d/pgbouncer restart fails, too.
I think this problem might be resolved if we fix the start-stop script.
