On second thought, maybe it is not present in kvm-82 without the patch. chkdsk behaves erratically (sometimes reports errors, then doesnt) with kvm-72, too, but I can work without any problems. The only other symptom is that IE7 is awfully crashy, but that doesn't seem to be connected to
