This build failure only happens when the arch-indep package is
built. This is because dh_install for the arch-indep update-manager
package is called before setup.py install so the to-be-installed files

Odd that the package was included in Lenny despite the maintainer
marking a bug in it as grave and indicating that it should be dropped.
Bug #400797.
If it is to be kept, it should print a message suggesting resize2fs for
situations it can't handle.
