I cannot reproduce this FTBFS as the package builds fine event run
'fakeroot debian/rules clean' first.
However, the .glade files is not available in upstream release tarball,
but .ui files are there.

from PolicyKit, not from PCManFM. And already put the work-arounds
provide from the bug owner in README.Debian.
