Just a 'me-too' report: reinstalling the libmono-addins* didn't make much of a
difference (I removed tomboy and purged the mono packages just in case).

Do you happen to use the madwifi driver? A while ago I had the same
problem you're describing. The way I solved it was to do:
iwpriv ath0 mode 3
before trying to connect.

Hi,
Trying to run gnome-art from a terminal results in:

I'm seeing the same behavior, although my ldconfig is up to date. Some
