No maintainer feedback for almost two weeks on an RC bug, so I'm uploading
Evgeni's fix. The only difference is UNRELEASES/unstable.

I know the upstream developer of this and he's moved from the job that had him
motivated to work on this. In his words, It's toast. I suspect that this
will be a candidate for removal.
He does report that he used to run this for extended periods with Sendmail
without any issues.
