Dear Maintainer,
After removing "-W" from [1], your package builds fine in a sid chroot
environment.
I guess is safe to stop treating sphinx warnings as errors.

Please note that this issue keeps doxygen from migrating to testing, which in
turn keeps llvm-toolchain-14 in the key packages and from being removed.
