Bug#1058219: Fix pending

Hi,

The "slice(0, -1, None)" failed unit tests are due to #1058895 in 
SQLAlchemy, and for the has_calls -> assert_has_calls I have a patch 
locally, but can't upload unless SQLAlchemy is fixed.
