The MPFR documentation is provided as texinfo source file licensed under the GFDL version 1.1 "or any later version". Since there is only a limited number of useful rephrasing of this technical documentation, I consider an attempt to rewrite it a complete waste of time and I won't be doing it. Upstream might consider the option of a relicensing, the problem being that the copyright was assigned to the FSF. If you know how to deal with such a situation, please reply. My short time plan is to obliterate the documentation from the source tarball.
