Package: libpt2.6.3
Severity: critical
Justification: breaks unrelated software

ptlib 2.6.3 has it seems a critical bug, as shown by ekiga. Until it
is fixed, this bug allows ptlib 2.6.1 to still be available from
testing, which in turn allows ekiga to be installable.

Thanks,
Eugen
