Maybe I have wrong information then but libtorrent 0.15.10 seems to be
available in Debian testing:
http://packages.debian.org/wheezy/libtorrent-rasterbar6
Also, regarging the ABI breaking in libtorrent v0.15.10, I got that one from
the svn changelog of libtorrent:
