Test::Aggregate up to 0.373 doesn't work with the new Test-Simple
(>= 1.3), in libtest-simple-perl (still in experimental but will go
into unstable soon), and in perl core since 5.25.1 (not in Debian for
another ~9 months). The new libtest-simple-perl already has a Breaks
on libtest-aggregate-perl.
So the current versions 0.372-2/testing and 0.373-1/unstable should
not go into a release.
I fixed the 2 reverse build dependencies, so libtest-aggregate-perl
can savely be removed from testing (and wait in unstable for an
upstream fix).
