It seems that on Debian 10.3, monit is now available without any issue...because

ansible@srv-mmonit-110:~$ dpkg -l |grep monit

I have taken into account your recommendation regarding the backports package.

Now, my preferences are :

I don't understand why i install the stretch release, (because pining!),
but for my point of view, the problem is solved !
