I'm both maintainer and upstream for this package, I haven't developped or
tested it for years, I'm possitive that it wouldn't work with current
versions of isc dhcp server.

Also, there are alternatives to it that should be better suited for the time
being.

So it should be removed from the distribution before we ship a non working
piece of software with Bullseye.
