kmrml (the executable is mrmlsearch), which is part of kde, seams to depend on
GIFT (http://www.gnu.org/software/gift/) to work. If it is not installed, the
program does not do anything and we don't know why. Futhermore, GIFT is not
in debian (I don't know why), so there is a problem here

I am having two strange problem here.
I am using KDE 3.1 on Debian 3.0.r1 and Windowmaker 0.80.0-4.1.
1- I have to .bash_profile these paths PATH=/sbin:/usr/sbin:${PATH}
and when I login to console I have my paths but when I use KDE and run env from
xterm,konsole
