Dear, After but also before upgrading to Plasma 5.10 I mostly need to login 2 twice as after the first login I get windows without decorations. I think KWin is not running then ? Anyway after 2nd login it is always ok. I find below in my .xsession-errors file, does this reveal any issue

I just installed in Debian testing it and it's working well! The most awaited thing for me was support for openconnect VPN in the network manager UI. With all the freezes and delays it took forever, but it works! Though the horrendously slow startup time (after log-in) is still here. I was
