I get the following output when I check a mailman source package.
$ lintian mailman_2.1.12-1.dsc

Lintian 2.2.6 or current HEAD (on amd64/sid and in an i386/sid chroot).
If it's consistently failing for you, could you please re-run the test
passing --keep-lab and check
lintian -i --show-overrides mtools_4.0.9-1_amd64.changes
