When I try using this line in /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://ftp.debian-unofficial.org/debian-backports/ etch-backports main
contrib non-free
and do:
sudo apt-get update
I receive the following error:

I am referencing the instructions from this thread from March 2007, which
indicates that I need to add:
deb http://live.debian.net/debian/ etch main
to my /etc/apt/sources.list.
When I do this and then do apt-get update, I receive a number of 404 errors:
