I'm going to make a second live distro based on debian-live for an
italian association. I have to add a button/icon to install the live
on the hard disk, like knoppix or ubuntu...is there such an option or
program to install to do that ?

In my bootstrapping installation lh_binary_iso doesn't work and delete
image_binary file in .stage directory and then rerun make-live again neither
did it

well, debian-installer and 'install-to-hdd' are two different things.
debian-installer installs the generic debian system on the harddisk.
'install-to-hdd' (let's call it live-installer) does

'image_binary' stage anymore? actually, live-helper never had that one,
only live-package had that.
