dist-upgrade after lh_chroot_sources

After the security stanzas have been added to /etc/apt/sources.list live-helper should then dist-upgrade to incorporate those security updates. I noticed this here: http://flickr.com/photos/hendry/2043076762/ I could dist-upgrade manually doing a chroot[1], though I think it should be scripted

I'm creating a live-debian with customized kernel; I modify only the LH_LINUX_PACKAGES and the LH_LINUX_FLAVOUR parameters; the rest is set up with lh_config (xfce, usb-hh, unionfs); lh_bootstrap and lh_chroot are OK; then I chroot inside to install manually the xerver-xorg-video-amd package
