Hi!
With lenny i got a warning for
mount -o move /cow ${rootmnt}/live/cow
mount: you must specify the filesystem type
but with
mount --move /cow ${rootmnt}/live/cow
i got no warning
should mount -o move and mount -o bind be replaced by
mount --move mount --bind ?
cu Peter
Hi!
With lenny i got a warning for
mount -t tmpfs tmpfs ${rootmnt}/live
in chroot/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/live
warning: can't open /etc/fstab: No such file or directory
but with
mount -n -t tmpfs tmpfs ${rootmnt}/live
i got no warning
please add '-n'
without '-n' mount checks
hey,
just use unionfs and squashfs combined to set up an persisent readonly device
where you can boot from.
your kernel need to be patched for those filesystems. look at the live-helper.
