Use debhelper-compat instead of debian/compat

Hi, according to debhelper man package it's recommended to use debhelper-compat instead of debian/compat file. I would like to mass-commit this change to DPMT/PAPT, example: https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/playerctl/commit/1f3f47189a80087b11d532d59ee96031a36dddfc Any thoughts? --
