Hi,

I just extended golang-go to ppc64. But golang-any still points to gccgo-go.
So people can use golang-go to build things on ppc64 even if the
produced binaries violate the Debian baseline. For example I need to
use golang-go to bootstrap golang-1.22.
Please be noted that gccgo only implements Go1.18 without generics.

In 2018, golang-go dropped ppc64 because upstream's minimum ISA
requirement exceeds Debian's[1]. At that time, gccgo was still
something that we could use. However the development of gccgo has
stalled over the years. gccgo can't even bootstrap Go 1.22 now.
