Please remove the package tgt from testing

Freeze exception for ia32-libs, ia32-libs-gtk

of the included libs gets updated anymore. The only change beyond freshening the packages is in ia32-libs, where the libraries libgnutls13 and libopencdk10 got dropped, as they where removed from Lenny too.
