my personal suggestion would be to change the threshold for failing tests.
Numerical tests can be very sensitive to the platform or even sometimes
to the versions of dependent libraries.

ipe-tools exists already [1]. So the repo with the same name cannot be created.

Hi Andreas,
you can use a GitLab-API if you do not want to use the WEB-interface.
To create a new project on science-team you need to:
curl -f
"https://salsa.debian.org/api/v4/projects?private_token=YOUR_SALSA_TOKEN;
\
--data
"path=PROJECTNAME_id=2136=DESCRIPTION=public"

Dear all,
the migration of debian-science repos from alioth to salsa is mostly
completed. The migrated repos on alioth are now having the git-hook
which prevents you from committing into the alioth.
To update your remote URL you need to do locally the following:
* Check the current URL:

Hi Ansgar,

Hi Charles,
I think you have now enough rights to move the projects.

Dear Debian-Science members,
it looks that the problem with the URL-redirect from the anonscm to salsa
is resolved [1]. I am going to start the bulk-migration of repos, placed in
the folder /git/debian-science/packages/ on git.debian.org (currently 985!)
soon. Of course the URL-redirection rules
Hi Filippo,
I do not know, what is wrong there. I have just imported your project [1].

Hi Filippo,
there is the script for the debian-science team:
=
#!/bin/sh
set -eux
PROJECT="${1%.git}"
DESCRIPTION="$PROJECT packaging"
ALIOTH_URL="https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit;
ALIOTH_GROUP="debian-science/packages"
SALSA_URL="https://salsa.debian.org/api/v4;
Done.

All DDs has got the role of Master in science-team. If I missed somebody,
please let me know.

He was already accepted. I changed your status to "owner"
so you can do it now on your own.

Dear members of the Debian Science team,
as you probably know there is a new service which should replace
alioth in the future. I have created the debian-science-team there [1].
Feel free to join it!
It is not quite clear now, what the "role" should we give to the most of
members. By default it
over this and dependent package.

I agree with Christophe. Paraview/VTK maintenance strategy should
be changed due to convergence between both of packages.
As was mentioned here [1], paraview and some other packages will be
semi-orphaned by me, so feel free to pick them up.
