opencv WITH_IPP=ON

Hi, According to the debian rules for the opencv package IPP is currently not enabled. For many algorithms, e.g. cv::matchTemplate() IPP increases the performance significantly. Any chance to get WITH_IPP=ON set for the next package update? Thanks for your answer, Stefan Felkel
