Unfortunately not much, mainly due to time constraints.
I will however revert the changes and upload the previous state of the package
as soon as possible. Once freeze is over, I'll try and fix the issue and take
care of the package.

Thanks for a quick reply.
I can just recommend to use salsa CI pipelines.
It works pretty good and tests the package in different
environments. But I am afraid, vtk is too large for the
usual builders.

I will check this issue out. This is strange as the package builds just
fine on my sbuild installation.
