Bug#1023477: ITP: libtypec: progress request

Hi, The ITP for this library was placed back in 5th Nov 2022; I was wondering if there is any progress on this? If not, is it possible for me to take ownership and package this as I'm keen to ensure this is in Debian sooner than later. Regards, Colin
