libvoikko to mentors.debian.net, with slight modifications to the
packages found in the address mentioned (lintian-clean).

If nobody steps up I guess we could move it under collab-maint
and try to form a small group from all the maintainers of
packages using enchant. Even if it isn't a dedicated
team it shouldn't be worse than its current state.

Let's say some ETA Ubuntu import to git by 2.6. if no objections, then
some quick fixes by me and waiting until 9.6. for possible other fixes,
then upload if no hurdles arise

Note that EFLWebKit is needed for Eve. EFLWebKit has been merged to
webkit.org, so there is a wishlist item bug #623438 about getting it
packaged also for Debian in the webkit source package.

With suomi-malaga (now voikko-fi) and libvoikko no longer using malaga,
I have no specific interest in maintaining malaga anymore.
Voikko-fi now uses 'foma' finite-state compiler, and libvoikko uses its
internal code instead of relying on a library. As of today
