At http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages#search_packages
one can search for distributions stable, testing, etc.
but not for oldstable.

I don't know when the change was made, but the new Debian website style
looks and feels awesome, and all the applications such as searching for
packages on packages.debian.org are really snappy.
